# Billed by MetaBilling

||| Why does my bank statement say "MetaBilling"?

If you signed up for **Videobox.com** or **VideoBox.Plus**, your charge will appear as **MetaBilling** on your bank or credit card statement.

We use **MetaBilling** as our billing descriptor to protect your privacy and ensure discreet transactions.



||| I don't recognize the charge. What should I do?

If you recently subscribed to **Videobox.com** or **VideoBox.Plus**, the charge labeled "MetaBilling" is from your subscription.

If you're unsure: check your email for a subscription confirmation, log in to your account to review your subscription status, or contact our support team for assistance.



||| How can I cancel my subscription?

You have three easy options:

2. Click the **Profile Icon**.
3. Select **My Profile**.
4. Go to **Subscriptions**.
5. Click **Review** and follow the cancellation steps.
