# How do I log out of my account?

||| Logging out is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

1. Go to **Bang.com**.
2. Make sure you are logged in to your account.
3. Click on the **Profile icon** in the top-right corner of the page.
4. Select **Log Out** from the dropdown menu.
5. You will be successfully logged out and redirected to the homepage.

You should log out if:

* You are using a shared or public computer.
