How do I request a lost password?

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it from the login page.


  1. Go to Bang.com (or any of Bang's network sites).
  2. Click on the Profile icon.
  3. On the login page, click Forgot password?
  4. Enter your registered email address.
  5. Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.




Can I reset my password from other Bang network sites?

Yes. You can use the Forgot password? option on the login page of Bang.com or any of Bang's official network sites. The reset process works the same way across the network.




Can I contact support to reset my password?

Yes. If you are unable to reset your password using the Forgot password? option, you can contact Bang.com Support for assistance. When contacting support, use your registered email address if possible, and clearly explain that you need help resetting your password.


If you contact support from a different email address than the one on your account, the team may ask you to complete an identity verification process to protect your account.




How long does it take to reset my password?
