If you see SEGPAY as your Billing Agent for your BANG! membership and you would like to update your billing information or update the status of your membership, follow this procedure:

Go to Segpay's Customer Support page.
Input two of the following: your E-Mail address, your credit card number, your transaction ID, or your purchase ID.
