Billed by Epoch
If you signed up to Bang.com or any site within the Bang network and your charge appears from Epoch, your subscription is being processed securely through Epoch's billing system.
On your bank or credit card statement, the charge will typically appear as EPOCH instead of the site name. This is done to protect your privacy and ensure discreet billing.
If you wish to cancel, there are three simple ways to do so:
- Log in to your Bang.com account.
- Go to Account Settings (top-right corner).
- Select My Profile.
- Under SUBSCRIPTION, click Review.
- Under STATUS, click Manage.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.
You should receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.

Since Epoch processes your payment, you may also cancel directly through them. Simply contact Epoch's customer support and request cancellation of your subscription billed as EPOCH on your statement.
