Why does my bank statement say "MetaBilling"?


If you signed up for Videobox.com or VideoBox.Plus, your charge will appear as MetaBilling on your bank or credit card statement.


We use MetaBilling as our billing descriptor to protect your privacy and ensure discreet transactions.




I don't recognize the charge. What should I do?


If you recently subscribed to Videobox.com or VideoBox.Plus, the charge labeled "MetaBilling" is from your subscription.


If you're unsure: check your email for a subscription confirmation, log in to your account to review your subscription status, or contact our support team for assistance.




How can I cancel my subscription?


You have three easy options:


1. Cancel on the website:

  2. Click the Profile Icon.
  3. Select My Profile.
  4. Go to Subscriptions.
  5. Click Review and follow the cancellation steps.

Will I receive confirmation after canceling?


Yes. Once your subscription is canceled, you will receive a confirmation email for your records. If you do not receive one, please contact support to verify your cancellation.
