Why is my subscription paused?

On Bang's network of sites, we use the term "paused" for subscriptions to indicate that your account is temporarily inactive, but your account and all of its saved content remain intact.


Pausing your subscription does not delete your account, your saved movies, collections, or preferences. It simply means your access is temporarily suspended until you choose to continue.




Can I continue my subscription later?

Yes! A paused subscription can be resumed at any time. Once you reactivate, you'll immediately regain full access to all your saved movies and collections, streaming and download features, and any premium perks associated with your subscription.




Why do you use the term "paused" instead of canceled?


We call it "paused" because your account is preserved, none of your saved content is lost, and you can resume enjoying all features whenever you like.




How do I resume my subscription?


To continue your subscription:


  1. Log in to your account on Bang's network of sites.
  2. Go to your profile.
  3. Click Upgrade.


Once resumed, your access is restored immediately.
