Why does my membership show as active at my billing processor site but expired at Bang?

Sometimes, your membership expires, but you check with the biller and it's showing as active. Why is that?


Unable to bill
Your biller has not been able to send through your payment for the month. The causes for this are typically:
Your card declined the charge.
Some other difficulty in charging you.

If the billing processor cannot charge you, we will not be able to force a charge through! We apologize for any inconvenience!

Technical error
For some reason, there was a technical error between the biller and our website.
